Here is your 5 Day Clean Eating shopping list!
So that is everything you need for the whole 5 days! I doubled everything when I did it because Mike did it with me, but ended up with too much food. I marked off the stuff that you really don't need to double because you will have plenty without it. See something on the list that you don't like? Try it again, you might be surprised. Mike HATES cottage cheese and could not eat one of the cottage cheese breakfasts, but was really surprised that when you make egg salad with cottage cheese instead of mayonnaise you can't even tell, and he loved it. So you never know! When you finish there will probably be a few meals you didn't like, but you will have a bunch of clean meals that you can rotate through that are quick and easy and of course you will feel great!
Some of the snacks call for Shakeology which is sold by Beachbody, I haven't tried it before. I have heard great things about it, but it does give you an alternative so you don't have to have it. Also, one day it calls for a shake with protein powder, last time, I happened to have some, but this time I don't so I will substitute with the Greek yogurt.
