Good morning! Today is day one of my early mornings and the first day of school! I was up by 5:10am! Yesterday I did a link up so today I will post my meal plan for the week.
Week of September 1stBreakfastEnglish muffin with Peanut butter, banana and honey.LunchTurkey sandwich, Pasta salad or dinner leftovers.Dinner Plans for:Monday - Hot dogs and macaroni and cheese - Olivia got to choose her meal the night before school starts and this is her favorite. Mike and I had hot dogs with the kids, but had a veggie pasta salad on the side.Tuesday - We are taking the kids to Bugaboo Creek for dinner tonight to celebrate the first day of school with some of our friends!Wednesday - Cream Cheese Chicken in the crockpot - served with corn tortillas or on a salad. (I receive a weekly e-mail with crock pot recipes, if this recipe is a success I will ask the author if I can share with you all!)Thursday - Honey Dijon Crockpot Pork Chops - served with rice and broccoli. (This recipe is also from my e-mail, stay tuned for the recipe!)Friday - Pizza and movie night!Saturday - Leftovers or Subway - I am hosting a baby shower until at least 5pm and probably won't leave the venue until closer to 6pm. It happens to be right next door to Subway! I will grab dinner on the way home if we don't have leftovers to eat.Sunday - Enchilada Chili from Mix and Match Mama - served with cut up veggies.
Now I am off to shower and get myself ready before I need to make green pancakes at the request of my official 3rd grader!
