Good morning! The start of a new week is here! I am feeling good about this week. We did some major organizing this weekend and it feels great! Slowly but surely, we are getting our life in order! Now, I am organizing my week in food! It feels so good to have the freezer meals all ready to go! If you missed the post, click here. You will be seeing these meals in my meal plans for the next 6-7 weeks! So far they have been delicious!
Week of September 22ndBreakfastEnglish muffin with Peanut butter, banana and honey or cold cereal.LunchTurkey or Tuna Sandwich, Tomato & Roasted Red Pepper soup (this is from Trader Joe's and I had it at a friends last week...yum!) or dinner leftovers.Dinner Plans for:Monday - Applesauce BBQ Chicken (freezer meal) served with leftover potatoes (from last night) and a veggie.Tuesday - Taco Tuesday (we love the Lego movie around here, and the kids have requested that we have Taco Tuesdays, so you will see Tacos on our meal plan quite a bit from now on, of course on Tuesdays!) The kids will fill their tacos with veggies and cheese and I will make BBQ Baked Chicken Tacos from Mix and Match Mama for Mike and I, they are delicious and super easy, especially since I already have shredded cooked chicken in my freezer!Wednesday - Egg sandwiches with turkey bacon, served with fruit.Thursday - Mediterranean Pork chops (freezer meal) served with whole wheat couscous and veggies.Friday - Pizza and Movie night!Saturday - Cheeseburgers served with veggies and a salad.Sunday - Chicken sausage served with Rice and Veggie.
