Week of October 20thBreakfastPumpkin bagel with butter, English muffin with Pumpkin butter or cold cereal.LunchTurkey or Peanut Butter sandwich, dinner leftovers or salad.Dinner Plans for:Monday - Café Rio Crockpot Chicken (freezer meal) served with Rice and veggie.Tuesday - Lasagna leftovers (from Sunday) served with a salad.Wednesday - Breakfast for dinner. Dance night.Thursday - Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Chops (freezer meal) - these were delicious! We had them once already, click on freezer meal for the recipe! served with sweet potato and veggie.Friday - Pizza and Movie night!Saturday - Tacos served with cut up veggies. I also have a Trader Joe's freezer meal in the fridge if I just don't feel like cooking!Sunday - Chicken Noodle Soup (freezer meal) served with French bread.
This week we add Girl Scouts to our commitments! Every other Monday night when we have a meeting, I will be using a freezer meal. We will have to be out the door by 5:45 at the latest to get to the meeting. So we will need to eat right at 5pm. Other than all our regular activities we don't have a lot of other things going on this week or weekend and I love it that way!
