Chocolate Fruit Smoothie

I have a sweet tooth, if you have followed along with me for any length of time, this does not come as a surprise for you! Well, my friend gave me the recipe for a 1-2 point smoothie that takes away the sugar craving. You can't beat that! You should totally try this today whether you are doing Weight Watchers or not and see if it helps keep you out of the chocolate!

Chocolate Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup - Coconut or Almond Milk 
1 frozen banana
5-6 frozen cherries
1 Tbsp - Cocoa powder

Place all ingredients in a blender
*I use almond milk, my friend uses coconut milk and we both love it!




















Blend until smooth!

Serves 1 
1-2 WW Points+
*the only points in this recipe are from the milk so it depends on how many points your milk is. My milk is Silk Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk for only 1 point per cup!

  4. Oh I will have to share this with my husband, he has a smoothie for breakfast every morning. I really should too, I need that extra kick in the butt to lose the weight I want to. Thanks so much for linking up with the Best of the Blogosphere link party.
