This weigh in was a little different. As I said last week, I haven't been counting points on the weekend, then sticking to my daily points target during the week and this has been working for me. We had family here from Rhode Island over the weekend and I ate and drank more than I have in the other weeks on the days I don't track. Then Monday, I went over my points by a few points before getting right back on track Tuesday. So I had an extra day of going over points. What was funny though, is that I didn't feel like I had gained until Friday. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, I was right on track, but Friday morning I woke up feeling heavier and the same on Saturday morning :( So I was pretty confident that I was going to gain, but I was disappointed, none-the-less.

And of course, I am disappointed. One, because I went back up into the 190's. Son of a.... Second, I have a lot going on this week and we will be away this weekend, so I won't be able to weigh in for two weeks and I would have loved to go off on a good note.
But, it is what it is, and what did I learn?? I learned that yes, I can not track on the weekends, but I still need to be conscious of my choices. I still need to eat and drink in moderation and exercise would be a good thing when I know that things are getting out of control.
Speaking of exercise. I only got 2 days in last week. One PiYo workout and one 45 minute walk. I am going to have to up my game. I was doing so well, but this past week, life got in the way. There is so much going on over the next few weeks and I have a hard time keeping up without trying to fit in a workout, so it goes way down on the list. This weekend I was talking to a friend and she said, all those other things will be there waiting for you, make working out the priority and if I have to go out in the evening still in workout clothes, oh well!! I am working on it this week!
On Monday, I got natural exercise by playing baseball with the kids and gardening. Wednesday I am going to walk again and Tuesday and Thursday I plan to do PiYo. That is the plan and I am sticking to it!
