Weekly Weigh In

You guys, I am so excited to write this post! This is my first weigh in since summer ended and it was great news at the scale today! Check it out...

So this is where I stand now...

I feel great! I was so happy to see a loss. There is no better motivation than having the scale go in the right direction. Get this, when you follow the program exactly, it works...go figure :) 

I tracked everything I put in my mouth, even a delicious cupcake from my moms birthday. This thing was rich and amazing and for sure not a diet food, but that is why I love Weight Watchers. I stuck to my points on the weekend so I had the points to indulge for a special occasion and it was so worth it!!

My other goal this week was a fitness goal and it was to have at least 10,000 steps for five out of seven days this week. I came so close, so so close. I did four out of seven days, check it out...

and yesterday...

Friday I came close, I wish I had realized how close I was before going to bed, because I may have needed to take a quick walk! Saturday, I barely moved! What I actually did was sit and work on my blog for a lot of the day, so there wasn't much movement going on! Overall though, I have to say I am loving these stats. I know I am one day under my goal, but I didn't just hit 10,000 steps each day...I blew past it most days! 12,000 and 15,000 steps, not too shabby! 

I got an e-mail the other day from Fitbit that showed me my weekly results. FYI - The Fitbit week goes from Monday to Sunday rather than Thursday to Wednesday that I am showing you today. 

My goal for this week is to increase this number by 5,000 steps! I am still aiming for 10,000 steps, five out of seven days, but also to increase the overall steps! 

I am thinking of starting a little challenge with steps or mileage, anyone interested in joining me?? Friend me on Fitbit

  1. Congrats on your loss!! I have thought about doing weight watchers but I just havent taken the plunge. I am doing the shred diet and after my bachelorette party and a week of not dieting I am back to my weight I was before I left and 1 pound under! Even though you didn't hit 10,000 steps each day you did over your goal on some days! Good job! I just added you as a friend on FitBit!

    1. What an exciting time for you!! I have done every diet and weight watchers seems to be the one that is the most sustainable long term! I am excited to challenge myself more with the Fitbit to work in more exercise!

  3. Congratulations on your weight loss. I use weight watchers to lose 80 pounds a great program to learn portion control. I also have a Fitbit it helps keep me motivated and keeps me moving with now dealing with living with MS! Keep up the great work.
